Our Salina office has an immediate opening for a full-time Administrative Assistant II. Qualified applicants need excellent communication and customer service skills. Minimum requirements: Six years clerical / secretarial experience and at least two years’ experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
Primary duties include answering multi-line telephone system, use of general office equipment and computer data entry. Proofing and editing skills required. Ability to write, read and interpret correspondence, manuals and regulations required.
Bookkeeping experience specifically including; generating account billing statements, collecting accounts receivable from individuals and businesses, coding accounts payable, processing expense reimbursement requests, purchasing supplies, making bank deposits, and maintaining a business check book.
Must possess a valid driver’s license. Notary Public Certificate is preferred.
