Smiling inside and out when I hear the excitement in a candidate’s voice when they receive the call from me saying, “… You’ve successfully completed your pre-employment screenings; Welcome to Kaw Valley Engineering!” This feeling makes the slightly cumbersome journey to reach that point worthwhile.
