Civil Engineering Firm in Kansas

Kaw Valley Engineering Launches 40-Year Anniversary Logo

To celebrate our firm’s 40-year anniversary, Kaw Valley Engineering is launching a special 40-year anniversary logo for the remainder of 2022. The 40-year logo has ties to our firm’s current logo in the color and design.

In honor of our 40-year anniversary, here’s a short history about our firm: Kaw Valley Engineering was established in 1982 in Junction City, Kansas. While many firms choose to name themselves after their founders, Leon Osbourn, John Sheets and Greg Christiansen decided to base their firm name on the location of their first office. Through different logos, office expansions, projects and more, Kaw Valley Engineering has grown to over 170 employees in six offices across Kansas and Missouri.

Since our small-town beginnings, we have expanded our services, providing civil engineering, surveying, geotechnical engineering, and materials testing and inspection services throughout the Midwest. While Kaw Valley Engineering has grown, our work ethic, passion for our employees and integrity have remained strong and integral to the firm.

As we enter our 40th year, we are excited to launch this anniversary logo, and continue to provide quality service to our clients and a fulfilling work environment for our employees. In the coming weeks, we will share more history about the firm, words from company leaders and more.

Since 1982, Kaw Valley Engineering has been the team of experts needed to help take a project from inception to completion, providing a full range of civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, surveying, construction observation and materials testing services throughout the Midwest. Our firm has offices in Junction City, Lenexa, Salina, Emporia, and Wichita, Kansas; and Kansas City, Missouri.
