Kaw Valley Engineering has an immediate opening for a Administrative Assistant II.
Primary duties include:
Use of general office equipment
Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry.
Perform high-volume data entry using word processing, spreadsheets, and other accounting software to generate correspondence, reports, and billing activities.
Verify and log the data input by ensuring its accuracy and completeness.
Transfer information from paper to digital formats using Word and Excel.
Verify data integrity to maintain a level of quality per department standards, including cross-referencing original source documents, correcting discrepancies, and following departmental vetting procedures.
Complete additional assigned tasks as required.
Qualified individuals should be self-motivated with:
Minimum of six (6) years in a general office setting.
Four (4) years of experience with Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to write, read, and interpret correspondence.
Advanced proofing and editing skills.
